The living arrangements were clean, the food was incredible and the portions were hearty, there were many different activities available for entertainment during free time, the group sessions were impactful as well as helpful, and the staff was very caring and attentive. If you are trying to navigate the treacherous terrain that is recovering from substance abuse disorder, I would highly recommend starting that process at Hygea in Middle River. The facility is amazing, and truly sets a new standard for drug and alcohol treatment."

"Without a doubt the best detox facility I have ever been at. Spacious rooms, amazing food, lots of space for exploration and contemplation. But best of all the caring and attentive staff. Everyone there cares about their job and are there to help you pretty much anyway possible. I was having difficulty getting into a post detox rehabilitation program and they really worked with me to ensure I got into one 🙂 truly an amazing place and a blessing in my life."
