Jordana is deeply passionate about her role at HYGEA because she believes in embodying the
essence of the Greek goddess of health, from which the company derives its name. Committed
to the organization’s vision and mission, she practices daily habits of health and wellness,
striving to help individuals achieve wholeness. Jordana firmly believes that everyone seeking
assistance with substance abuse or mental health deserves the opportunity for recovery. She is
dedicated to providing innovative, evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing with a
servant leadership approach, believing that leading by example can profoundly impact both the
culture of the organization and the success of its clients.
For Jordana, the most rewarding aspect of her job is witnessing the transformation of lives. She finds fulfillment in observing employees grow and develop, as well as witnessing patients’ lives change through the application of modalities and actions to their daily lives.
Jordana’s educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She is also a Certified Addiction Specialist II (CADC II) and holds a certificate in Motivational Interviewing. A member of NAATP and FTS, Jordana actively engages in professional networks to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Outside of work, Jordana enjoys mentoring others, exploring new dining experiences with friends, traveling, spending time with family, exercising, and practicing soundbath and yoga. Her diverse interests and commitment to personal growth reflect her holistic approach to life and work.
