Our Addiction Treatment Programs
We offer The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited treatment programs that can help those wanting to overcome addictions to alcohol and all types of drugs. Inpatient Detox
Detoxification (commonly called “detox”) involves ridding the body of toxic and addictive substances under medical supervision. Many people seek detox when they are at risk of withdrawal symptoms from drugs or alcohol.
We offer medical detox and inpatient services at our Middle River and Camp Meade locations. Medical detox typically lasts between a week and ten days. Leaning on our holistic approach to recovery, detox patients can participate in yoga, meditation, diet management, and healthy eating, in addition to traditional group and individual counseling. We also use medications during detox to decrease cravings and alleviate withdrawal symptoms.
Residential Rehab
We facilitate community residential rehab at our Belair Road location. On average, patients live in our therapeutic community for five months, receive five hours of counseling each week, and are supported by a peer counseling program.
Residential rehab may be suitable if you:
- Require safe and sober housing
- Are in early recovery and would benefit from a structured living environment
- Need assistance in developing routines to maintain recovery
Outpatient Rehab
We offer daily outpatient services at our Belair Road location. Those in the standard outpatient program generally attend one counseling session per week. We can accommodate individual, group, and family sessions, scheduling them around work, school, and other obligations.
Our outpatient program is generally best if you:
- Have recently been referred to the program after completing more intensive treatment
- Have a less severe substance use disorder that does not require inpatient-level services
- Are or have been stable for an extended period
Intensive Outpatient Rehab
We facilitate an intensive outpatient program at our Belair Road location, where patients attend group and individual counseling sessions for nine hours per week. As with our standard outpatient program, patients can schedule these sessions around daily responsibilities.
Intensive outpatient services are best if you:
- Have recently completed a more intensive inpatient program
- Have a moderate substance use disorder
- Are in the early stages of recovery and need regular check-ins and additional support to remain in recovery
